I loved looking through all the cookie recipes last week and can't wait to find some more yummy ones again today. I haven't had time to go to the store in the past few days because we have a little sick boy on our hands right now( more on that later )so I was rummaging through the pantry and we always have quite a few ingredients for desserts so I pulled out cocoa and then searched for a cocoa cookie recipe. Y'all, I found something unique and delicious!!
That's right, I pulled out my waffle maker and made cocoa waffle cookies! Do they look delicious to you?? They are scrumptious. They are more like cakey cookies which I love. They're dense and so filling. Don't worry about eating more than one at a time! Go here for the recipe( I did NOT put pepper in mine! ).
The recipe is super simple and you only need a few ingredients and a waffle maker.
I had a sweet little helper again today. We took a break from watching movies and took to the kitchen! Even though he doesn't feel great, he loved helping me mix again!
These took about 10 minutes to make! Don't you love that?! AND I didn't have to use the oven! Woo Hoo! I would highly recommend trying these.
They look so pretty too! Are they sweet? I am imagining a piece of flour less chocolate cake w/o frosting!

ReplyDeleteOh my these look so delish!! And what a great idea to use your waffle maker so you don't have to heat up your oven. And I bet you could make a few at a time so you don't end up eating an entire batch like I would :)
